Our Vision

Our vision is to strengthen communities through inclusive educational programs, which will ensure that young people have the tools and support necessary to become innovative and effective leaders of tomorrow.

Problem

Black communities throughout the United States experience systemic racism, violence, and discrimination due to the existence of historical systems of oppression within America.

Solution

The solution is to implement youth-led programs at high schools to educate students about the historical and ongoing effects of systemic racism and empower them to be leaders in their communities.

Our Purpose

To provide a voice to young people in communities across America by fostering dialogue through educational programs, promoting equity within institutions, and actively working to dismantle the effects of systemic racism.

Our Goal

Black youth will begin the essential work to commence a positive transformation within their communities and society at large.
